Shipping Options
SAS offers a combination of shipping carriers to ensure the safest, quickest and least costly delivery options of your orders with online package tracking. Delivery is not available to PO Boxes. Items in-stock at SAS sellers usually arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location. Your shopping cart will display an estimated delivery date and shipping cost for ease of reference; however, prices may not reflect costs for hazardous material shipping fees, oversized freight charges and other unforeseen freight related charges.
Free Freight
Some products and order amounts may qualify for free freight. Free freight is only offered on qualified orders shipped within the contiguous 48 States shipped by Ground or truck service depending on the product.
Shipping Days
Orders may be placed any time, day or night, at SAS. Shipments are generally prepared and shipped only during weekday business hours, excluding holidays. SAS displays expected Delivery dates on your cart during checkout. These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. Expected delivery dates are estimates only and no guarantee of delivery time is made. Orders may be delayed due to quality control verification protocols, document preparation, weather, or the time of order placement. Items not in stock or special orders, including repair and overhaul services, cannot be held to expected delivery dates. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
Order Status
To check the status of an order log in and visit the Account page.
Your items may be grouped into multiple packages and will show updated tracking information as it becomes available. Orders without tracking information may include items such as special orders, repair and overhaul services, or back orders which require more time to process.
If SAS emails you a tracking number during the day, the information may not post to the carrier’s website until that evening. You may also track your order on SAS by login in and clicking on the tracking link.
Orders are generally prepared and packaged Monday through Friday; however, sometimes a seller may pack orders on weekends or legal holidays; these orders usually do not ship until the following business day. If you receive an email on a weekend or legal holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that your order will ship the next business day.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Some items for sale at SAS are not regularly stocked. Availability of these items will show as Not in stock, Special Order or Repair/Overhaul Services. SAS Standard Exchange Agreement
This agreement between SAS and the buyer will serve as a blanket exchange agreement covering exchange transactions conducted through SAS. Unless a different agreement is required, as in cases where special conditions exist beyond this agreement, this will serve as the governing agreement for all exchanges between the customer and SAS and shall remain in effect indefinitely unless it is superseded by another agreement or rescinded by SAS. If it becomes necessary to change this agreement or the offering of SAS, written notification shall be given to the customer. In relation to material exchanges between SAS and the customer, this agreement supersedes all previous agreements and the execution of an exchange transaction through the website SAS indicates acceptance of it by the customer and renders all previous agreements null and void.
Billing
The customer will be charged an exchange price as quoted by SAS for each exchange transaction. The customer will also be advised of and billed a core charge during the exchange sale. This core charge represents the amount the core is valued. The core charge will be refunded to the customer up to 30 days after receipt and acceptance of the return core at SAS or one of its resellers. The exchange price is based on flat rate with no additional billing, unless necessitated by the condition of the core. This policy is based on the return of a repairable core of the same model, manufacturer and part number as the unit purchased through SAS. Cores returned may be found to be Beyond Economical Repair (BER) and will not be eligible for core refund.
Core Conditions
SAS defines a repairable core as a unit that is in the condition as removed from an aircraft, a unit that is not incident related (i.e. no fire or water damage) and a unit that can be economically repaired. If the cost to repair the core exceeds 75% of the flat rate charge, the unit may be deemed to be beyond economical repair. Furthermore, SAS will not accept the following:
All cores should be returned to SAS or one of its resellers by filling out the appropriate information as requested in SASs orders page and printing a return packing list and shipping label.
Return cores are to be returned to SAS or one of its resellers within 60 days of the original sale. Units not returned within 60 days may, at the discretion of SAS, be subject to an additional charge or the core return may be refused altogether.
If no core is returned after 90 days of the original sales date, it will be assumed that no core will be sent. If the customer chooses to return a core after 60 days, the core acceptance is subject to approval by SAS.
Exchange Agreement – Electronic Signature
I understand that an electronic signature has the same legal effect and can be enforced in the same way as a written signature; by proceeding with the exchange transaction through SAS the buyer acknowledges his acceptance of this agreement in its entirety.
